1. Where things stand

Noorbox is a new product that is taking pre-orders. A pre-order is a reservation of a box from the first production batch. This website does not process payments: after you reserve, we send you deposit instructions on WhatsApp. Please only follow instructions that come from the WhatsApp number shown on this site; anyone asking for payment for Noorbox in our name from another number is not us, so please tell us.

2. Pre-orders and deposits

• Submitting the reservation form is a request to reserve. Your box is reserved only after we confirm your request and receive your deposit.
• The estimated deposit is PKR 4,999 or SAR 99 per box, paid toward the estimated launch price (PKR 64,999 or SAR 1,099). The remainder is paid on delivery. These amounts are estimates and may change before shipping; we will tell you of any change before you pay the remainder.
• First batch: the first batch ships once we reach about 10–50 pre-orders. If we do not reach that number we may delay or cancel the batch. No shipping or delivery date is promised; we will confirm timing by WhatsApp.
• Refunds (DRAFT policy, owner to confirm): if we do not ship your box, your deposit is refunded in full. • Each box comes with a 1-month warranty and a remote setup session. Final warranty terms, taxes, shipping costs and import charges are confirmed with you before you pay the deposit, and are set out in the final purchase terms before you pay the remainder.
• How we build: we build in batches based on confirmed pre-orders. Final specifications, taxes and shipping are confirmed with you before you pay the deposit.
• Founding 100 benefits: the benefits below apply to the first 100 confirmed pre-orders. A pre-order is confirmed once we confirm your request and receive your deposit. The offer is limited to the first 100 pre-orders; we do not publish a count of places left. The benefits are not exchangeable for cash.

3. Prices, specifications and images

• Prices on this site (shown in PKR and SAR) are estimated launch prices, excluding applicable taxes and shipping. They are not a binding offer until we confirm the final price with you. Currency conversions are approximate.
• Final prices, taxes, shipping, and any cloud package fees will be confirmed before your box ships. Prices may be higher or lower than the estimates. Memory and storage prices are volatile worldwide, which can change hardware costs.
• The plan names and prices shown (“Offline”, “Cloud Plus”, “Business”) are estimated placeholders. The Offline price is for the device only and has no subscription; cloud packages are optional monthly add-ons charged on top. Cloud usage limits, billing terms and cancellation terms are not defined yet.
• Specifications, features and the list of AI agents may change. The agents shown are examples of starter agents.
• Product images and the mobile app screens are illustrative and may differ from the final product.
• No delivery or shipping date is promised.

4. How the product works

• Noorbox is designed to host AI agent software and your data on a small device in your office or home.
• The device is designed to be offline-first: starter AI agents are preinstalled and run locally on the device, so core features should work without an internet connection and your data stays on the device by default. Pairing with the app is designed to work over local Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
• Offline agents use smaller local AI models. These are less capable than the largest cloud models, and their quality (especially in Urdu and Arabic) depends on the hardware and has not been proven yet. Speed and quality may differ from what you expect from online AI services.
• Online features are optional and delivered through monthly cloud packages (for example larger cloud AI models, backup and sync, remote access, updates). They need an internet connection, and when you use them the text needed for a task is sent to a cloud provider. Some actions (such as sending a WhatsApp message or searching the internet) also need internet by nature.
• Features may change before delivery.
• AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing what AI agents write or do before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial or customer-facing matters. Agents are designed to ask for your approval before risky actions, but no safeguard is perfect.
• Not professional advice. Noorbox agents (including any legal-drafting, clinic or tutoring agents) are assistants. They do not give legal, medical or financial advice or diagnoses and do not replace a qualified lawyer, doctor or other professional. If you use Noorbox with client or patient information you remain responsible for confidentiality and for following the laws and professional rules that apply to you.

5. Availability, import rules and approvals

Selling hardware in some countries needs product approvals and import clearance (for example in Pakistan and in Saudi Arabia). Launch in any country depends on those being in place, and the Saudi launch may start through a local partner. [LEGAL REVIEW: confirm required approvals and wording for each market.]

6. Using this website

• Please use the site lawfully and do not try to disrupt it or submit false or someone else's details.
• The Noorbox name, logo, design and site content belong to us. Other brands mentioned (for example marketplaces or messaging apps) belong to their owners, and no endorsement is implied.

7. Limits of liability

This website and its content are provided “as is” while the product is at the pre-order stage. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that result from relying on the estimates, descriptions or images on this site, or from a pre-order not leading to delivery (except as set out in the refund terms above).
