Draft for legal review. This is a plain-language draft written for the Noorbox.ai website. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have it checked against the laws that apply to you (for example Pakistan's data-protection rules and Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law) before relying on it. 1. Who we are

Noorbox.ai (“Noorbox”, “we”, “us”) is operated by 92 Logics, which is the controller of the personal data described here. Operating under 92 Logics is an interim arrangement; a separate company may take over later.]

2. What this website collects

The Noorbox device and app are not yet released. This section covers only the website. The only personal data the website collects is what you choose to give us in the pre-order reservation form:

  • your name;
  • your WhatsApp number;
  • your email address (optional);
  • your city and country;
  • the plan and number of boxes you want, what you would use Noorbox for, and the language you used on the site;
  • the date and time you submitted the form.

The form only works if you tick the consent box. The website does not take payments and does not ask for card, bank or ID details; please do not put any in the form. After you reserve, we send deposit instructions on WhatsApp, and payment details you share there are handled in that conversation under WhatsApp’s own policy and our process. 3. Why we use it

  • To handle your reservation: contact you on WhatsApp, send deposit instructions, confirm the first batch and shipping, and answer your questions.
  • To understand roughly how much interest there is in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated advertising. Our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. How your details reach us, and who else sees them

  • Form service. When the form is connected to a form-collection service (for example Formspree), your details are sent to that service, which stores them and forwards them to us. Such services may store data outside Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. [LEGAL REVIEW: confirm cross-border transfer requirements, and update this line to name the service actually used.]
  • WhatsApp or email. If the form is not connected, or if sending fails, the page shows buttons that open WhatsApp or your email app with your details pre-filled. Nothing is sent until you press send yourself. Those messages are then handled by WhatsApp (Meta) or your email provider under their own policies.
  • Website hosting. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.
  • We may disclose data if the law requires it.

5. Cookies, storage and analytics

  • This site does not set cookies and, at the time of writing, does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
  • Your browser may store your language and currency choice (in local storage) so the site remembers them on your device. This stays on your device.
  • If we turn on analytics in future we will update this page first.

6. How long we keep it

We keep reservation details until you ask us to delete them, or until your order is completed or cancelled and any legal or accounting retention period has passed, whichever is later. [LEGAL REVIEW: set a firm retention period.]

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Contact us using the details above and we will reply as soon as we reasonably can. You may also have rights under the law where you live, including the right to complain to a data-protection authority.

8. Security

We use reputable hosting and form services and limit who can see reservation data. No system is completely secure, so please share only what the form asks for.

9. Children

Noorbox is for businesses and adults. Pre-orders are not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. The Noorbox device, app and optional cloud packages (how it is designed to work)

The Noorbox device and app are not yet released, so no data from them is collected today. This section describes how the product is designed to work, so you can see our intent. It will be replaced by a full policy before any sale.   • Offline by default. The preinstalled starter AI agents run their AI models on the device itself. By default, your documents, chats, agent memory and settings are stored on the device and are not sent to us or to any cloud provider.
  • Pairing the app is designed to work over your local Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, without internet.
  • Optional cloud package. If you choose a paid cloud package (for example “Cloud Plus” or “Business”), certain features (larger cloud AI models, encrypted backup and sync, remote access, updates) will send data over the internet. For cloud AI models, the text needed for a task is sent to the cloud AI provider we use for that package. For backup and sync, encrypted copies of selected data would be stored with our cloud host.   • Your control. Cloud features are designed to be switched off at any time; the device keeps working offline without them.
  • Online actions. Some tasks are online by nature (for example sending a WhatsApp message or looking something up on the internet). Those only happen if you allow them, and the relevant text then goes to that service under its own policy.
  • Remote support would be available only with your consent.
  • Professional and personal records. If you use Noorbox for confidential material (for example client files in a law office or patient notes in a clinic), the default design keeps it on the device. You remain responsible for the confidentiality, consent and data-protection rules that apply to you. Noorbox agents do not give legal or medical advice. [LEGAL REVIEW]
  • Account and payment data for cloud packages (name, contact details, billing information) would be collected only when paid plans actually exist, and this policy will say so first.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Urdu and Arabic versions are not yet available; if they are added later and differ from the English text, the English text applies until they have been reviewed.
